What size of laptop can it fit? 

  • On the Move Bag fits up to 15" laptop but to be safe, kindly still do check the measurements below. 

What if I’m unhappy? / Do you have a money-back guarantee?

  • Yes, I have a 7-day 100% money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, goods must not be personalised, be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Goods being returned must also be in the same condition as when delivered including original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Customers are advised to get proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Is this pre-order or ready stock?

  • This item is on pre-order basis. We will be taking pre-orders from beginning to end of October. Manufacturing of the bags will begin in October - November. Estimated time for you to receive your bag will be in end of December.

When will I receive my order?

  • Estimated time for you to receive your bag will be in end of December (subject to shipment schedule & custom clearance). This is a pre-order item. We will be notifying you the progress via email once order is placed

What do I do if I received a defective order?

  • We're incredibly sorry about your defective purchase! :( Please give us a chance to fix this. We are happy to exchange for you within 7 days since you received your parcel.
  • Kindly return faulty/defect product(s) within 7 days of receiving your parcel to: Dazz. 115A Jalan Gasing, 46000 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
  • Brand new item(s) will be mailed out within 2 working days once faulty/defect product is received. Should the item run out of stock, buyers will receive a store credit voucher instead.

What are the shipping fees? 

  • The shipping fees within Malaysia is FREE for the pre-order promo. Once the promo is ended, shipping rates will apply. 
  • International shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout

Do you ship to other countries? 

  • We currently ship to these countries below via Express Shipping. Shipping to these countries will take approximately 7-10 working days subject to custom clearance. Shipping charges will be calculated and shown on the checkout page based on item weight & shipping country. Kindly place your order on this website if you would like to opt for international shipping.

Where can I track my parcel?

  • Once the parcel is mailed out, we will send you a tracking number & tracking link via email. This is a pre-order item. We will be notifying you the progress via email once order is placed.
