We are happy to accept any returns within 7 working days since you received your parcel subject to Refund & Exchange policy below. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange once it exceeds 7 working days. For any refunds/exchange, kindly drop us a message

Not considered defects: 

i) Mishandling of item(s) by buyers hence damaging the item(s)
ii) Slight color variation from image listed on website
iii) Minor imperfections (slight scratches on metal, loose threads, slight loose clasp etc)
iv) Slight size variation in measurements

*Refunds will deduct cost of initial shipping (if any) + 6% transaction fees
Refunded amount (store credits): Total transacted amount - cost of initial shipping - transaction fees (6%)
Price of product: RM98
Cost of initial shipping: RM25
Transaction fees: (RM98 +RM25) x 6%: RM7.38
Refunded amount (store credits): RM123 - RM25 - RM7.38: RM90.62 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refunds are approved, then it will be processed and a store credit voucher will be emailed to you within 3 working days. 


Kindly return faulty/defect product(s) within 7 working days of receiving your parcel to:

Brand new item(s) will be mailed out within 2 working days once faulty/defect product is received. Should the item run out of stock, buyers will receive a store credit voucher instead.
