Refund & Exchanges Policy

DD has a 7-day (upon receiving goods) 100% money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, contact us at email@example.com within 7 days upon receipt of your order for a refund. Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual from which the payment was received. Any requests for refunds will only be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your order. DD aims to process all returns/exchanges within 5 working days of receiving your order back.
To be eligible for a refund, goods must not be personalised, be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Goods being returned must also be in the same condition as when delivered including original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for initial shipping costs & return shipping costs on returned items. Customers are advised to get proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
DD has a 7-day (upon receiving goods) exchange policy for items which are faulty/defect. Faulty/defect includes manufacturing defect or damaged goods. Kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to exchange the faulty/defect product(s). Brand new item(s) will be mailed out within 2 working days once the faulty/defect product is inspected and received. Should the item run out of stock, customer will receive a store credit voucher instead. Please note that customers are responsible for initial shipping costs & return shipping costs on returned items.
